Assistant Manager – Sales (Textile Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by selling exhibition booths, sponsorships, and branding opportunities
  • Identify and approach potential clients from textile sectors (spinning, weaving, garments, dyes & chemicals, machinery, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing exhibitors and industry stakeholders
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for successful event execution
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential exhibitors
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Textile-related field
  • 5–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in textile industry or exhibition/event sales
  • Strong understanding of the textile sector and its key players
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
