• Experience with retail and/or mall management highly preferred
• Have min. 5 years experience in the operation of commercial buildings (shopping malls, offices, hospitals, etc.)
• Proficiency in English knowledge

• Willing to dig into the details, but also maintains control for the big picture and top priorities

• Bachelor’s degree from universities or technical colleges in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering,
• Solid background in mechanical and electromechanical maintenance/repair services,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD,
• Ability to read projects and technical specifications; familiar with mechanical system calculations, analysis methods, and both local & international standards,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sustainability-oriented mindset,
• Team player with proven ability to manage large engineering and technical teams,
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of systematic work follow-up,
• Flexible to work in shifts and on weekends.
