The incumbent will be responsible for applying the strategic direction on key transformational projects and commercial partnerships within GCD and QNB group as advised by the Vice President of Special Projects. The incumbent will ensure alignment and deliverables are met as per the full project scope, in line with the project requirements by coordinating with various units within GCD.
Ensure project charters are being implemented and provide ongoing updates on status update special projects management
Execute and facilitate the commercial partnerships agreements and provide continues update on effectiveness and reporting to key stakeholders
Coordinate and follow-up with commercial partners and rights holders on the agreed terms and ensure project is on track
Implement project plans and roadmaps as set by the VP-Special Projects including but not limited to, budget and timelines for successful project delivery.
Coordinating with internal and external resources for flawless execution of the project.
Advise on any potential risk and update executive management to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Coordinate with internal teams within GCD to deliver well-rounded and impactful projects as per the set measures.
Manage the relationship with external vendors such as third party suppliers and ensure ongoing follow-through.
Co-ordinate the support of the documentation and the implementation of unit policies and procedures that will set out the principles, methodology and techniques to establish effective project management.
University graduate with a degree in Business advertising or marketing or related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years experience in Marketing
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and thoroughly follow up on project plans and project implementations.
Ability to follow through with initiatives.
Planning, organizing ability.
Ability to work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
