Are you a passionate and experienced housekeeping professional looking to lead a dynamic team in a luxury resort environment?

Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is seeking a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibility & Authority

• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
• Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
• Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
• Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
• Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.
• Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
• Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
• Prepare reports for management information.
• Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
• Liaise exceptionally with other departments and execute projects in a timely manner.
• Flexible with schedule and a hands-on operational leader.
• Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.

Other Routine Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of public areas and employees locker rooms.
• Daily briefing of Supervisors.
• Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and a public area with the maintenance department.
• Must have 8 to 10 years of prior management experience in a 4/5 star hotel.
