Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. What you will do?

Overview of Roles:


The role is responsible for ensuring supplier-side adherence to quality standards through process and product audits, inspection readiness, and systematic improvements. This includes enforcing compliance with Product Inspection Standards (PIS), monitoring audit results, driving defect reduction, and supporting supplier capability through technical guidance and training.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct QMS, process, and product audits at supplier sites, ensuring full compliance with PIS, audit checklists, and required gauges/fixtures.
  • Coordinate calibration of inspection gauges and maintain strict adherence to audit plans and quality standards.
  • Analyze defective/NG parts, drive corrective & preventive actions, and follow up with suppliers to meet CTQ targets.
  • Develop and implement SOPs/work instructions and PDI systems to ensure defect-free parts before dispatch.
  • Prepare and enforce quality plans and QSPs, ensuring 100% compliance across supplier operations.
  • Perform root cause analysis, provide technical guidance, and conduct supplier training to strengthen inspection, testing, and analytical capabilities.
  • Lead supplier development initiatives through regular visits, continuous improvement activities, and execution of the training plan.


Education:

BSc Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from reputed university


Minimum Experience and Knowledge:


Min 3~4 years in QA/QC from manufacturing industry.


Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:


Broad knowledge of manufacturing process with practical experience. Proficient level of computer skills including MS office & AutoCAD. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility as well as good interpersonal skills. Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment.
