A reputable organization in the Pharmaceutical Industry is looking for a competent and experienced professional for its HR Department.

Position: Assistant Manager – Talent & OD

Location: Lahore (Near Gajjumata)

Experience Required: 4–6 Years (Relevant Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry Preferred)

Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection processes

Design and execute training & development programs

Handle Performance Management System (PMS) and employee evaluations

Support organizational development (OD) initiatives

Assist in employee engagement and HR operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be preferred
