Assistant Manager Technical

Job description

Candidate will be responsible to attend customer complaints and provide technical support.

2- Troubleshooting and resolving complaints

3- Installation of CCTV, Network equipment at client side.

4- Candidate will be responsible to attend outstation complaints (if required)

5- LAN / WAN Network configuration, support and troubleshooting.

6- He will be responsible for site surveys based on network and CCTV knowledge.

7- Ensure equipment safety during installation.

Tasks and duties can be changed by line manager according to company / Project requirements.

Experience Required

1. Must be familiar with I.T equipment installation, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting

2. CCTV installation commissioning and troubleshooting, Switch Router basic knowledge and configuration,

3. Basic knowledge and experience about Fiber connectivity, Media convertor configuration, Windows, Software installation, data restoration etc.

At least 2~4 years of experience in relent field

Familiarity with hardware and software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system, and networking concepts

Knowledge of remote access software and tools for troubleshooting

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

1. Basic hardware troubleshooting

2. Should have good network knowledge

3. Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
