Assistant Manager/Sales Executive

  • Sales Executive – Hajj & Umrah Travel Agency (Responsibilities)
  • Promote and sell Hajj & Umrah travel packages to individuals and groups

Requirements / Skills

  • Previous experience in sales (travel industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic knowledge of Hajj & Umrah packages and procedures
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
  • Provide detailed information about packages, hotels, transport, and visa processes for travel to Makkah and Madinah
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Assist customers in selecting packages that suit their needs and budget
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Stay updated on new offers, pricing, and Hajj & Umrah regulations
