- Promote and sell Hajj & Umrah travel packages to individuals and groups
Requirements / Skills
- Previous experience in sales (travel industry preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of Hajj & Umrah packages and procedures
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
- Provide detailed information about packages, hotels, transport, and visa processes for travel to Makkah and Madinah
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Assist customers in selecting packages that suit their needs and budget
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Stay updated on new offers, pricing, and Hajj & Umrah regulations
