Job Purpose : The job holder is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share. They implement strategic initiatives, manage key projects, and ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sustainable growth. Acting as a key contributor to operational excellence, the job holder optimizes resources and actively supports the company*s strategic objectives.
Key Results Area :1.Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and manage the annual marketing activities while ensuring that all campaigns and initiatives are executed within the approved budget.
2.Coordinate digital marketing efforts including managing social media content, scheduling posts, reviewing captions, and working closely with agencies to monitor SEO and campaign performance.
3.Oversee updates and maintenance of the company*s e-commerce platform, including uploading new products, updating pricing and visuals, and ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date.
4.Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external agencies, retailers, and schools, ensuring consistent communication and smooth project execution.
5.Translate product details, marketing content, QA documents, and packaging information between Arabic and English to ensure accurate and localized messaging.
6.Organize and execute company events, trade exhibitions, and CSR initiatives, while managing logistics, permits, and vendor coordination for a successful implementation.
7.Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, production, finance, and quality control to align on product launches, deadlines, and key business deliverables.
8.Handle product registration and labelling approvals with relevant government portals such as Dubai Municipality, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
9.Support senior management by preparing reports, compiling data from different departments, managing schedules, and ensuring timely communication of key business updates.
10.Conduct regular market research and analyse performance reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide insights that support business development strategies.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor*s degree in Accounting or related field.
Work Experience:
7 Years of Experience in Business Development
Experience of English and Arabic labelling, marketing, organisation education
