Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in product sourcing, sampling, and development processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, production, and quality teams for order execution.
  • Track order status and ensure on-time delivery of shipments.
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to support buying and planning decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and samples.
  • Support the Merchandiser in market research, trend analysis, and seasonal planning.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in apparel, textile, or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
