Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Operations Assistant Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the Inventory & Account management services to our clients. This role involves managing a team of media associates, monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


• Assist the Operations Manager in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and objectives.

• Supervise a team of service delivery personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in service delivery efforts.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.

• Assist in developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and ensure compliance with agreed-upon service standards.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Handle escalated client issues and complaints, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of service delivery staff.

• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to service delivery processes and procedures.

• Prepare and deliver reports on service delivery performance to senior management.

• Stay current with industry best practices and trends in service delivery management.


Educational Requirement: Bachelor / Masters

Skills Required: Team Leadership/ Customer Handling / Microsoft Office

Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant experience
