Job Title: Assistant Manager
Job Summary
Prashanti Cancer Care Mission is seeking a proactive and highly organised Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations, administrative management, and strategic coordination across fundraising, office management, and conference operations. The role requires strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach aligned with PCCM’s mission-driven healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising & Donor Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising initiatives and campaigns
- Maintain donor databases and ensure timely donor communication
- Support donor engagement, acknowledgements, and follow-ups
2. Executive & Travel Support
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO, including flight bookings
- Handle visa documentation, appointments, and related correspondence
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure timely arrangements
3. Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Conduct daily office checks (electricity, lighting, water supply, cleanliness, safety)
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements
- Monitor office car usage, servicing schedules, insurance, and maintenance
4. Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain inventory records of office supplies, equipment, and consumables
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and ensure timely procurement
5. Primary Finance Support
- Assist with basic finance functions such as expense tracking, bill verification, petty cash management, and reimbursements
- Support documentation for audits and financial reporting as required
6. Conference & Event Operations Support
- Assist in operational planning and execution of conferences, CME programmes, and academic events
- Coordinate logistics including venue arrangements, travel, accommodation, registrations, and on-ground support
- Liaise with vendors, speakers, and internal teams for smooth event execution
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree in Management / Healthcare Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (NGO, healthcare, or administrative roles advantageous)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial documentation
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
