Assistant Pharmacist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Assistant Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, dispensing, and management of medications, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Maintain accurate records of medications and inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
• Provide medication-related information to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the procurement and stock management of medicines.
• Ensure compliance with hospital/pharmacy policies and drug regulations.
• Support the pharmacist in any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in dispensary /Pharm-D/ B in Pharmacy or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a pharmacy/hospital setting (fresh graduates may apply).
• Skills:
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and drug classifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
