We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Procurement Manager to support the procurement operations of our general trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of high-quality materials. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Head Office - D3; MOE; Palm Jumeirah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and price lists.
  • Support cost control initiatives by analyzing market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are accurately met.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical purchasing practices.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring through STO systems.
  • Handle vendor performance evaluations and recommend improvements when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory (STO) systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market analysis, and vendor management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
