Position: Assistant Production Recorder

Department: Premium butt sweets bakers

Location: Gajumatta Factory

Job Summary:

The Assistant Production Recorder is responsible for accurately recording daily production data, maintaining records of materials used and finished goods, and assisting the production team in ensuring smooth workflow and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily production output and material usage.
• Maintain accurate logs of production line activities.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Coordinate with production staff to collect data and verify accuracy.
• Ensure all production records are filed and stored properly.
• Support in monitoring inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Identify and report discrepancies or delays to the Production Supervisor.
• Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Experience max 1 year
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, data entry).
• Salary :35k
• Food and Residence free
