Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad for an Assistant Professor in Medical Ultrasound Technology. The responsibilities include developing and delivering high-quality course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, and staying up-to-date with advancements in medical ultrasound technology. The role also involves contributing to the academic and professional development of students, engaging in administrative duties, and participating in faculty development programs.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Medical Ultrasound Technology and its applications in healthcare.
• Strong research skills, including the ability to design, conduct, and publish scholarly work in reputable journals.
• Effective teaching skills, curriculum development, and student mentoring experience, preferably at the university level.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students and peers.
• Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) /MS in Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology or a closely related field is preferred.
• Post MS five years experience.
• Prior academic or clinical experience in the ultrasound field is an advantage.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest research and technology advancements in the field.
