Roles & Responsibilities

● Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing (e.g., Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Brand Management).

● Design and update curriculum to align with industry standards and emerging marketing trends.

● Conduct academic research, publish in reputed journals, and contribute to the school’s research profile.

● Guide and mentor students in academic, research, and career development activities.

● Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and contribute to the institution’s overall development.

● Engage with industry through seminars, workshops, consultancy, and collaborative projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ph.D. in Marketing / Management (with specialization in Marketing) from a recognized university.

● Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis or are at the final stage may also be considered.

● Strong academic record with publications in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC indexed preferred).

● Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at undergraduate/postgraduate level.

● Familiarity with modern pedagogical tools (case studies, simulations, blended learning).

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
