EcomSpot is a fast-growing e-commerce and supply chain solutions provider, committed to delivering high-quality services and products to a global audience. We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and support the CEO in managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth execution of business operations.

Role Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the CEO and project teams to oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This role requires a tech-savvy individual who can leverage AI tools, track departmental deliverables, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and managing ongoing projects.
• Act as the bridge between the CEO and internal teams for task delegation, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Use AI and productivity tools (e.g. Notion, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Trello, Asana) to optimize workflows and reporting.
• Track project KPIs, timelines, and deliverables across departments.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation for review by the CEO.
• Monitor risks and challenges within projects and suggest practical solutions.
• Ensure effective communication between team leads, employees, and CEO for project updates.
• Maintain digital records, files, and communication logs for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Project Management, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields).
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related role.
• Prior experience supporting senior leadership or CEOs is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical use in business tasks.
• Proficient in project/task management platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent communication (English & Urdu), organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
