Long Description Job Summary
  • Manage worksites for new-construction as well as remodeling projects, coordinating activities and ensuring that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives
  • Incumbent must be able to develop, maintain controls and Plan various activities viz. site management, Execution, Planning and completion of the job within stipulated timelines at project site.
  • Should be able to direct the engineers to plan and organize the required construction activities in time and with no compromise on the quality.
Job Responsibilities
 Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables and resources

 Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements

 Plan and visualize for the overall execution of construction site.

 Interact with the customer / client team regarding the plan and construction targets

 Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable and the tools and equipment are in good working condition

 Overall responsibility to ensure Quality of work and safety at all the project sites in the region.

 Ensure the safety of personnel / material deployed at the client site executing the construction works.

 Prepare the MIS at the regular intervals and provide the management / leaders in the organization the required updates regarding the construction progress.

 Review & monitor the bills of contractors and get them processed.

 Emphasis on Customer relations management and customer service.

 Coordinate with internal stake holders like, manufacturing, design , PMG and detailing depts for various matters on projects

Candidate Requirements

QUALIFICATION: PG / Graduation in CIVIL engineering

EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: : 12-14 years in preferably in PEB companies / / Construction Equipment / steel structures construction

(Total yrs of experience)

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Strong understanding Civil and Architectural drawings.

2.Computer Skills i.e. Proficiency in MS Office viz PowerPoint, Excel and Word

3. Thorough Knowledge in Structural civil works. Knwoedge of Auto CAD is highly desirable.
