JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team member to support project operations and administrative functions within our organization. This role plays a key part in coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring effective communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and skilled at identifying opportunities to streamline workflows. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes
· Communicate with team members about project status
· Maintain project documentation, reports, and files
· Develop systems to track payments from vendor partners
· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and project standards
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following competencies:
· Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications,
· Be able to find and develop systems to track payments
· Ability to identify and resolve problems,
· Respond promptly to client needs, and manage difficult client situations,
· Have excellent oral and written communication skills,
· Work independently and in a team setting,
· Have excellent time management and organizational skills,
· Ability to meet deadlines,
· Displays willingness to make decisions, and
· Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
QUALIFICATIONS
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary of $48,000 – $53,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Typical work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. [AM1] There may be occasional meetings in the evening. This position is based in MedChi’s Baltimore office. This position is hybrid, with an expectation of occasional in-office work at the Baltimore office.
