Assistant Project Manager Internship

The International Assistant Project Manager will report to the International Client Director and join the International Project Management team.

YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for assisting the project team in the following:

• Project management: casting of influencers, support project managers in outreach to influencers, follow up, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content monitoring, reporting
• Participate in creative & strategic topics in the form of benchmarks, digital trends, competitors analysis, influencer guidelines
• On ground management: support in the on ground hosting of influencers in Abu Dhabi
• Ensure a clear reporting internally

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• You ideally have a first experience working with social media and/or influencers
• You have interest in working in travel/hospitality
• Student in Marketing/Communications minimum Bachelor degree or Master's Degree
• You have already experience in project management
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus, especially Arabic
• You have ideally worked in an international environment and are sure a collaborative team member
• Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Internship - 6 months contract
• AED 4,000 a month salary based on full time hours
• In office and on ground 4 days a week (Mon-Tues-Weds-Thursday) and remote work Friday
