About the Role
RISE is seeking an experienced and confident Assistant Property Manager to help lead a stabilized, high-performing community. This is not an entry-level opportunity — we’re looking for someone who can step in as a trusted operational leader and partner to the Property Manager.
In this role, you’ll help drive daily operations, support financial performance, strengthen resident retention, and ensure renewals remain a key focus. When the Property Manager is off-site, you’ll serve as the acting leader — making informed decisions, guiding the team, and maintaining operational excellence.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring both leadership presence and strong follow-through, we want to meet you.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Demonstrated success in driving renewals, retention, and occupancy performance
- Experience reviewing budgets, financial reports, and community KPIs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident decision-maker who can step in and lead when needed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional, service-driven, and solutions-oriented
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a stabilized community
- Support leasing performance with a strong emphasis on renewals and resident retention strategies
- Monitor occupancy trends and proactively address retention opportunities
- Step in as acting leader when the Property Manager is off-site
- Review financial reports, budgets, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and stakeholders
- Address resident concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Assist with training and development of the onsite team
- Support marketing initiatives that drive both new leases and renewal growth

- Compensation: Starting at $60,000+, based on experience
- Quarterly Bonus Potential tied to performance
- Pay Schedule: Paid semi-monthly
- Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick time, service time off, and a floating holiday

- 401(k) with strong company match
- Insurance Coverage: Begins the 1st of the month after your hire date
