Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost estimates and BOQ.

Perform quantity take-off from drawings.

Help in cost control and budget monitoring.

Assist in preparing invoices and payment certificates.

Support in subcontractor comparison and evaluation.

Maintain project cost records and documents.

Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s in civil engineering / quantity surveying.

2–3 years experience in construction projects.

Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and contracts.

Good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
