Key Responsibility – Excel Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain Excel formulas and templates to automate:
• Staffing Plans
• Payment applications
• Cost summaries
• Commercial trackers
• Replace manual calculations with formula-driven solutions
• Ensure updates to quantities or rates automatically flow through all summaries
• Identify inefficiencies in existing spreadsheets and improve them.

Mandatory skills

• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH
• IF, IFS, IFERROR
• SUMIFS / COUNTIFS
• Pivot tables
• Conditional Formatting / creating rules
