Assistant Restaurant Manager

  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and motivating teams.
  • Operations: Overseeing daily service, opening/closing procedures, coordinating kitchen/front-of-house, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Customer Service: Handling complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience, and building guest relationships.
  • Inventory & Procurement: Monitoring stock, ordering supplies, managing vendor contracts, and controlling food/beverage costs.
  • Financials: Assisting with budgeting, cash handling, payroll, and sales tracking.
  • Compliance: Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
