Assistant Sales and Exports Manager

SITEC (PVT) LTD is a globally recognized manufacturer of high-quality surgical instruments. We are seeking an Assistant Sales and Exports Manager to help drive our export operations and sales administration. In this role, you’ll coordinate order confirmations, invoicing, and PRC management while working closely with our Export Manager to ensure smooth, end-to-end processing of international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue order confirmations.
• Generate accurate invoices and distribute them in a timely manner.
• Manage Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) processes and maintain related
• documentation.
• Assist the Export Manager with day-to-day export operations, including shipment
• coordination and tracking.
• Liaise with production, logistics, and quality teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date export records and ensure compliance with relevant trade regulations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade,
• or a related field.
• 0.5 - 1 year of experience in sales support, export operations, or administrative coordination.
• Familiarity with PRC procedures and export documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and exposure to ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team
• environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
