Assistant Sales Executive-Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Executive with a background in the UAE real estate market. The successful candidate will support the sales team with client coordination, documentation, and contract processing, ensuring that all activities comply with UAE real estate regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist sales agents with day‑to‑day activities across sales and leasing.

Handle incoming leads, respond to client inquiries, and schedule property viewings.

Prepare, review, and organize MOUs, sales contracts, tenancy agreements, addenda, and other real estate forms.

Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with UAE real estate regulations (e.g., DLD/RERA requirements).

Collect and verify KYC documents and other required paperwork from clients.

Coordinate with property owners, developers, and tenants to facilitate smooth deal closing and handover.

Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company CRM and filing systems.

Support the sales team with follow‑ups, basic reports, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or admin support in the UAE (assistant / coordinator / broker support role).

Strong understanding of real estate contracts, standard forms, and documentation used in the UAE market.

Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and compliance; RERA knowledge is an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or omissions in documents.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).

Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Preferred

RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Prior experience with Dubai Land Department processes and online portals.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
