Assistant Sales Manager

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

· Sales Manager is responsible for proper communication of customer account management matters, loading and shipment of finished goods to the customers as mentioned in GCI QMS.

· He/she is also responsible to implement SOPs and create programs for customer related systems, dispatch and shipment of finished goods.

· Operating as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

· Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

· Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.

· Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Production, Quality, Printing and Finance departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

· This position may require occasional travel.

· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

· Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

· Prepare reports on account status.

· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualification

. MBA /BCOM/BBA

. Fluency in English,Hindi (Arabic is a Plus)

. Strong Knowlede in MS Excel Formulas

. Able to work under stress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
