Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Sharjah

Reporting To: Sales Head Dubai

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, a strong network of local stakeholders, and a track record of successful property sales. This role requires hands-on involvement in lead generation, client handling, builder engagement, and partner onboarding, while ensuring high service standards and timely deal closures.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute project-specific sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets

  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads through structured presentations and consultations

  • Conduct client site visits and drive timely and successful deal closures

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, developers, and channel partners

  • Understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions from the company s portfolio

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-sale services

Market Intelligence & Compliance
  • Keep abreast of Dubai s real estate trends, pricing, and regulatory environment

  • Advise clients on project locations, investment opportunities, and legal documentation requirements

CRM & Operational Efficiency
  • Maintain and update all lead and sales information in the company CRM

  • Leverage tech tools for efficient lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting

  • Submit timely sales reports to the Dubai Sales Head

Partner Onboarding & Ecosystem Development
  • Identify, onboard, and engage new brokers, developers, and service providers

  • Educate partners about PropertyPistol s platform offerings, tools, and benefits

  • Encourage partner participation in listings and transactional activities

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2 4 years of real estate sales experience (preferably in Dubai/UAE market)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal abilities

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

  • UAE Real Estate Certification (RERA) is a strong advantage

  • Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred
