We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to support sales operations, manage client relationships, and assist in achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to lead and support a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and client partnerships.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team to improve performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Support in pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
