Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview

Customer engagement and onboarding Partner/channel relationship management

Credit appraisal, field verification, or documentation

Portfolio tracking, collections, or asset monitoring

Data entry and reporting via digital platforms

Process improvement and team collaboration

Managing repossession and resale processes in accordance with company policies.

What Makes a Good Candidate •

3–4 years of experience in retail lending, preferably asset-backed or vehicle finance

  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, field-enabled environment
  • Proficient in regional language(s) with working knowledge of English
  • Familiarity with Excel & basic knowledge of computer, digital systems, CRMs, or loan processing tools
  • Stable employment history (no job changes <1 year recently)
  • The candidate must possess a two-wheeler or have access to a personal vehicle.

  • Prior work with CV/EV finance, clean tech lending, or new-age NBFCs (e.g., Turno, Vidyut)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹219,116.63 - ₹600,000.00 per year
