Assistant Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team, expand our client base, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales targets and revenue goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and builders
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain sales records and reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
• 3–4 years of experience in sales (preferably aluminium, glass, or construction industry)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of MS Office
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
