The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager specializing in Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) to join our growing office furniture company in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our sales strategy and drive business growth in a fast-paced, competitive market. Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies for FF&E products. - Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office furniture sector. - Coordinate with design and procurement teams to meet client specifications and delivery timelines. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and expand the client base. - Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales within the furniture, fixtures, and equipment industry, preferably in office furniture. - Strong knowledge of the FF&E market and product specifications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to achieve targets. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Relevant educational background in business, sales, or related fields. - Willingness to travel within the UAE and region as required.
