Assistant Sales Manager - FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager specializing in Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) to join our growing office furniture company in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our sales strategy and drive business growth in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies for FF&E products.
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office furniture sector.
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams to meet client specifications and delivery timelines.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and expand the client base.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within the furniture, fixtures, and equipment industry, preferably in office furniture.
• Strong knowledge of the FF&E market and product specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to achieve targets.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant educational background in business, sales, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and region as required.
