Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Officer to support sales operations in the paints segment. The role involves developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting company products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Visit dealers, retailers, and distributors regularly
- Promote and sell company paint products (decorative/industrial)
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area
- Ensure product availability at retail outlets
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Support in launching new products and marketing campaigns
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback
- Coordinate with supply chain for timely deliveries
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Marketing, or relevant field)
- 0–2 years of experience (Fresh candidates can also apply)
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic sales and marketing knowledge
- Customer handling and relationship-building ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of paints industry (decorative/industrial coatings)
