Job Title: Assistant Service Manager

Location: Air Avenue Luxury Apartments DHA Phase 8 - Ex Air Avenue Block Q DHA Phase 8, Lahore, 54000

Project of Urban Developers

The Assistant Service Apartment Manager will support the Manager in day-to-day operations of serviced apartments, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent guest service, and efficient coordination with staff, vendors, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in handling daily operations of serviced apartments.

- Manage guest communications, bookings, and follow-ups on online platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

- Support check-in/check-out procedures and address guest inquiries or minor issues.

- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and readiness of apartments.

- Help maintain apartment listings, pricing updates, and promotional activities online.

- Maintain inventory of amenities and coordinate procurement as required.

- Prepare basic occupancy, maintenance, and guest feedback reports.

- Coordinate with vendors for timely repair or maintenance work.

- Assist in maintaining positive communication with property investors and guests.

- Step in for the Manager in his/her absence when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- 2–3 years of experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations.

- Basic knowledge of online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

- Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

- Team player with a positive attitude and customer service mindset.

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
