Assist brand manager in monitoring and analyzing promotional activities and customer perception in partnership with category management and Strategic buying for analysis and needed improvement ensuring alignment with Brand and perception.
To ensure all offers and promotions are compliant to format’s policies.

Execution of any promotion/ activity ensuring alignment with Brand Identity and Customer Perception in alignment with Brand Manager.
Marketing insights & Development/ Communication:
Implementation of the marketing events and assist in planning
Ensures compliance of marketing activities against agreed brand identity guidelines
Execute Marketing and communication strategies as per format’s direction
Ensure all actions are being delivered and executed properly.
Participate in defining and developing the brand and Marketing strategy and cascade to direct teams for implementation and monitors progress towards agreed deliverables.
Participate in developing the Yearly Calendar “Action Plan” for Each format based on the approved Marketing Strategy for the formats & Categories
Ensure all in-store communication as per agreed strategy to ensures a pleasant customer experience
Monitor the execution of the In-Store Communication Strategy
Assure an activation plan is in place to support the format Shopping mission and value proposition
Assure the internal process is in place for the in-house Agency work flow and the marketing brand team
Signs off the marketing campaigns/Leaflet, ensuring the designs, promotions and messages meet the event objective
Participate the production of TV adverts, newspaper, radio & Digital media liaising with art designers, copy writers, media buyers & printers
Work with 3rd party agencies & brief them on any upcoming theme, promo, activities & plans
Range & Branding:
Execute marketing activities (tactical/seasonal and national) ad provide regular feedback to teams on key issues during implementation
Executes promotion plan and coordinates category management and in house agency on regular basis
Follow brand guidelines and make sure its maintained in all their executed activities
Participate in the development of promo theme in partnership with category Management & Operations and Growth & Business Development team.
Monitor the implementation of agreed brand positioning and perception in all marketing activities in his/her format
Work closely with the Category management/Ops team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and Communication
Categories Strategy
Execute the agree action plans that support the implementations and objectives of category management strategies and objectives.
Execute and agree support plans for new stores and monitor performance till maturity achieved
Manage and Monitor rationalization within promotional activities.
Skills Description
