Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening techniques.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing campaigns.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.

Skills

  • Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience in content creation with a focus on branding and public relations.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and video editing software is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
