Assistant Social Media Manager

Dionix is looking for a structured and creative Assistant Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Islamabad. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring our clients' digital presence is impactful and consistent. You will work closely with our internal design department and report directly to the Senior Social Media Manager to deliver high-quality campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end setup and daily management of multi-platform social media campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
• Creative Liaison: Manage the design team workflow by providing clear briefs and feedback to ensure all ad creatives and organic posts are brand-aligned and ready for launch.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the scheduling and live deployment of content, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and meet deadlines.
• Reporting & Analytics: Compile data-driven performance reports to track campaign success and provide actionable insights to the Senior Social Media Manager.

Requirements & Expectations

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a similar digital marketing role.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate client needs into design tasks.
• Management Skills: Proven ability to manage timelines and coordinate between different team members (designers, content creators).
• Tools: Familiarity with social media management tools, Meta Business Suite, and basic project management software.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
