Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager in our Islamabad Office I-10/3 to oversee and grow our presence across all social media platforms.

Responsible for managing day-to-day social media activity, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and tracking key performance metrics as well as designing creative ads for our social media pages.

You should have a solid understanding of social media platforms, content creation, paid advertising, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with our brand image and marketing goals
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to support product launches, events, promotions, and other initiatives
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance regularly
• Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and ROI
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement and growth
• Respond to followers, engage with community comments, and manage communication across platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience (Minimum 1 year) in social media management or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of key social media metrics and how to use data to drive decisions
• Experience with social media tools (Google ads & Meta Ads Manager)
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills
• Creative thinker
• with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand tone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
