Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SEO & Paid Ads Expert to drive organic growth and high-ROI paid acquisition through advanced SEO and performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end execution, optimization, reporting, and mentoring while ensuring maximum visibility, conversions, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO (Organic Growth)
- Develop and implement advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize website structure, page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, and indexing
- Lead SEO-driven content strategy in coordination with content and design teams
- Manage backlink building, outreach, and domain authority growth
- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO ROI
Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and retargeting campaigns
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and ROAS optimization
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimize funnels for lead generation and e-commerce conversions
- Monitor CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and LTV
- Scale profitable campaigns while reducing acquisition costs
Analytics & Reporting
- Create and manage dashboards using GA4, Google Search Console, and Ads Managers
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Track attribution models and customer conversion paths
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor junior SEO executives and media buyers
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and sales teams
- Support product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Paid Advertising
- Expert knowledge of technical SEO and content optimization
- Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and campaign optimization skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling traffic, leads, and revenue
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or performance-driven environments is a plus
