About the Job:

The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for corporate services at Nayatel and managing relationships with international clients . This position requires a strategic thinker who can design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, foster client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and client relationship management, with the ability to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.


Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Nayatel’s corporate services and solutions, targeting both domestic and international audiences.
  • Lead corporate services marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Nayatel’s brand identity and business objectives.
  • Manage international clients , including onboarding, retention, and upselling efforts, to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Design and implement dynamic digital marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and email marketing to drive traffic, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., social media analytics, lead conversion rates, ROI) to optimize campaign performance and enhance results.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to create impactful visuals and advertisements that resonate with corporate and international audiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer support) to ensure exceptional customer experiences and seamless project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with influencers, brand ambassadors, and corporate clients to expand reach, amplify brand awareness, and drive engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, improve marketing effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign success, sales progress, and client feedback for management review.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities, while performing regular competitor analysis to assess strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for growth.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in corporate services or B2B marketing.
  • Proven success in managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in client relationship management , particularly with corporate or international clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce for effective client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools , including Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office , particularly Excel (for data analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentations).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to engage corporate and international audiences.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in international market dynamics and cross-cultural communication is a plus.
