Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Maintain inventory of construction materials and equipment

Handle material receipt, issue, and proper documentation

Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation

Maintain consumption records and inventory reports

Manage store operations using ERP/software systems

Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials

Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in a relevant field

3–6 years of experience in store or inventory management (construction industry preferred)

Working knowledge of ERP/store management software

Good knowledge of inventory control and documentation

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Construction industry: 2 years (Required)
  • Store management: 2 years (Required)
