Assistant Surveyor

• Fieldwork: Measure distances, angles, and features on land using specialized tools (GPS, Total Stations) and drones.
• Research: Investigate legal records, historical maps, and property titles to establish boundaries.
• Data Analysis: Process survey data, perform calculations, and use software like CAD/GIS.
• Reporting: Prepare precise maps, plots, charts, and detailed reports for clients, legal documents, or project managers.
• Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, developers, and clients on project planning and execution.
• Advisory: Provide expert advice on property value, building regulations, sustainability, and potential construction issues.
