Quantity Surveying Engineers-MEP

Positions:

• Senior QS Engineer MEP– 2 Openings
• QS Engineer MEP – 3 Openings

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for MEP projects including villas, high-rise, and commercial buildings.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate quantity take-offs and costing.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, change orders, and claims, and report to management.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for timely approval of payments and procurement.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and progress, and prepare monthly progress reports.
• Analyze material consumption, labor, and subcontractor costs to optimize project expenditure.
• For senior position: lead cost control activities, provide strategic cost advice, and approve final project financial documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (relevant experience).
• Senior QS Engineer: Minimum 10+ years UAE experience in MEP projects.
• QS Engineer: Minimum 5–7 years UAE experience in MEP projects.
• Proven experience in villas and high-rise projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations, ADM codes, and MEP project cost standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (CostX or similar).
• Excellent reporting, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• RICS or equivalent Quantity Surveying certification
• PMP or project management courses (advantageous)
