Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity surveyor for one of our project in Abu Dhabi, Candidate must have infrastructure projects experience is a must.

Core competencies are as follows (Landscaping projects experience is a must)

Calculate the actual progress at the site.

Update the BOQ with all work completed Preparation of Interim valuation Re measuring and checking with BOQE valuate and prepare subcontractor's payments certificates.

Project feasibility and analysis

Interim payments

Sub -contract management

Commercial management

Project estimation

Variation

Cost Estimation & Budgeting

Cash flow forecast

BOQ Preparation

Material Take-Offs (MTO)

Site Measurement & Valuation

Project Cost Reporting & Reconciliation.

Landscaping and DMT projects expwerience is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
