We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer. This individual will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and strategic priorities, while acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This is a high-visibility position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and has strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external requests to the CEO.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Project Management & Strategic Support:
- Support the CEO in tracking key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing documents or summaries.
- Assist in strategic planning processes and special projects as assigned.
- Communication & Liaison:
- Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments, board members, partners, and clients.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO and capture actionable items.
- Administrative & Office Support:
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Manage expense reports and budgeting for the CEO’s office.
- Coordinate logistics for company-wide events or executive off-sites as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Zoom).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize under pressure.
