Job Title: Project Admin & Support Executive (Evening Shift)
Location: KPZ Galaxy Mall, 1st Floor Bahria Intellectual Village, Phase 7 Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Shift Timing: 4pm -12am
Experience Level: (6–12 months experience)

About the Role

Work Generations is looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our dynamic team as a Project Admin & Support Executive during the evening shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain valuable experience in administration, client support, and project coordination across diverse domains. You will support our internal teams and international clients, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments.
  • Handle client communications via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Manage project documentation, schedules, and client databases.
  • Assist in the execution of projects sourced from Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Maintain and update Google Sheets, Excel workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support ongoing tasks in various domains including:
  • Social Media Management
  • LinkedIn Management
  • Lead Generation
  • Project Coordination
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Stay informed about digital trends, tools, and freelancing platforms.
  • Take initiative and think creatively to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Perform general office duties like record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as needed to other departments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
  • Familiarity with Upwork or freelancing platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in client-facing or customer service roles is a bonus.
