Job Summary:

The Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, manages schedules, coordinates meetings, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

· High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

· Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

· Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Communication & Coordination:

· Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

· Draft and review emails, memos, and official documents.

· Facilitate communication between departments on behalf of the CEO.

Project & Task Management:

· Assist in strategic projects and monitor progress.

· Conduct research and provide insights on business initiatives.

· Organize and coordinate special projects as assigned.

Meeting & Event Management:

· Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and conferences.

· Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.

· Ensure smooth execution of executive events and engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
