  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Attend meetings as required and record minutes and action points.
  • Draft correspondence, emails, memos, and official documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Assist in strategic planning, project coordination, and implementation tracking.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Liaise with department heads to monitor performance updates and reports.
  • Support event planning and executive-level engagements.
